I actually passed a Ford Raptor yesterday on the way back from the cabin that looked like it had one of these mounted on the truck.

It looked like the bracket from Ridge Industries which uses door jam for the mounting area so one is not drilling holes in the roof to attach a mounting bracket. There are brackets on the market that allow this method of attachment for either a Brow mounted position using the door jam just below the curve coming down from the roof or a above the roof line position using the door jam above the windshield curve.

Just Google "raptor 50 inch light bar mount" and you will find them from $30 up to $400 plus also a ton of pictures to look at.

Would have liked to have a closer look, but the Raptor went straight when I turned onto GA400 South.

At the time when I was looking for door jam mounts nobody offered them and that was about 2 years ago. So I bought some off eBay for a 04 f-150 and had to do alot of twisting and bending and cut a lot off and now they work great.

The screw's in the picture was temp only to hold the mounts in place to test fit the 52" light bar.
Once I was done fabing them I took the 4 screw's out and replaced them with 2" long machine screw's so that they go all the way through the A pillar and use lock washers and nuts to permanently mounted.

It's been 2 years and no leaksa39c164a4749015b52ecf1863647c7fa.jpgb5a4b17ba13acf5c0f7a3f2f592d9904.jpg8cb43b5b3026f2972e276f4efd47bf3f.jpgeb0fe214dd9defb3fe63d5d505da8f9a.jpg

Did I not answer this? I missed this somehow.

These are the ones I have but then again, they were the only choice four years ago.

Thanks , yeah 04 F-150.yes u will definitely have to fabricate them. mostly re-bending them where they mount . wasn't hard at all just time consuming getting the bends right.
I can post pictures of the door jam where they mount to give you a better idea of how I did it if u want.
She is a really sexy beast bro i am loving that bumper too. So basically I need to buy some mounts for 04 F150? And fabricate em?

I've grown tired of not having options for Expedition accessories so I've decided to design and fabricate them myself including actual suspension lift options that provide some serious ground clearance and wheel travel abilities.

I'll obviously be making them available once done. I'll create a dedicated profile for that company once I have products available.

People seriously underestimate the capabilities of these vehicles. Jeeps are nice but they can have them, I'll keep my Expo.

I found a website also that as mounts for an excursion, wouldn't they work too since they are about the same type of vehicle?

IDK they may have the same door jam molding. At the time when I did mine there was only f150 that I could find.
Heck even b4 I ordered them I even went to two different Ford dealerships trying to find a 04 F-150 and nothing to compare the jam mold to.
But the Excursion may work do u have a link to them ?

I'm not seeing no pictures of them but I'd gamble it and order them over the F-150. U may get lucky and they fit perfectly. Worse case they don't and u will have to modify them..

( Not sure if your comment was directed towards me but...)

I decided that having a single lightbar was too risky. If it took a hit, it's down.

Being as I'd like to have a functional low profile roof rack made, it may as well incorporate the light brackets on it to mount one 24", two 12", and four 4" cubes at functional angles along the leading edge plus also allow me to install side firing and rear firing lightbars as well.

I may still finish the Expedition specific 52" curved bar mounts as the design was superior to anything on the market. I was also addressing the lightbar 'slouch' I see quite often because one good bounce and that big 'ol lightbar is cracking the windshield.
