6.2 Raptor or F250 V8 in 2nd gen Expedition

How far from plug 'n play would it be to put one in an Expedition?
Search fuction doesn't show that it was discussed here, but that
might be my android. Engine mount location, CPU, exhaust &
accessories? Has anyone done it? 'Seems like a logical upgrade.
They are available through eBay etc.
