97 EB speed control

Hi folks, this is my first post but I have been getting lots of great info from this site so thanks to everyone...I haven't been able to find anything for my 2 problems...#1, check engine light on... codes read banks one and two running lean, but I have no symptoms, truck runs fine, no change in gas mpg....#2 speed control doesn't work, fuse is fine, no other electrical problems. Since there are no obvious fuse problems could these both be vacuum related?

the codes are po171 and po174 there is a sticky post in the HOW TO about this very common problem with pictures and part numbers... as for the cruise control it could be the vaccum dump valve on the brake pedal this is common in high humidity areas also could be the buttons on the wheel or the plug to them
