98 Expy tuning, software search, turbo or not?

I bought two 98 expys, both 5.4l 4R100 4x4. A rotten eddie bauer for parts and a rust free xlt with a blown engine. I am currently rebuilding the engine and leaning towards turbo, so before deciding pistons, I want to have my tuning possibilities figured out. I have done lots of gm tuning with moates and have some of the ford hardware, including a blank f3 chip. I have 2 ecu's vxx1 and vxx2. Does anyone have a definition file, should be maaf2 or maaf3.

Does anybody have any compatible software?
Is there another plug-in ecu I can easily tune?
Has anybody turboed a 98 expy?
What are my easiest options?
