98 ford expedition popped when started

98 ford expedition when started made a loud popping noise when started and wont hold rpms and makes a loud whistling noise?? Any help//

sparkplug blow out, have you had the plugs changed lately ?

no its been a year and a half since they've been replaced

you might get lucky and put the plug back in, but it will blowout agian
if that is the problem
