a/c heated seats

my passenger side seat environmental controls are not working, when I press heated seat button, the light comes on for about 5-10 seconds and then shuts off, where should i start

Good place to start is here... they mention something about resetting a module under the seat... don't know if this will fix the problem, but it's a start
