AC doesnt work 1999 expy

Hi all
I have a 99 expedition with a 5.4 engine. The AC doesn't work...just blows hot. Clutch does not engage. It has freon. Any ideas where to start?

You need to take it in and have the pressure of the ac system checked. Just having freon isn't enough. It has to have the correct pressure in the system for the compressor clutch to engage.
