The AC on our 2007 has been working intermittently. I found that the low side line was freezing. I added refrigerant from an auto store can and it seemed to help right away. As I sat with the car idling, and testing the air temp, suddenly a loud hiss came from under the car and a large puff of vapor/smoke rose up from underneath. I looked all around but couldn't identify anything unusual underneath and then it happened again, just like the first time. I am very interested to hear any ideas about what in the world might be happening.
