air bag trouble

well i installed the body yesterday and its all back together im getting airbag light it flashes when the truck is started then just stays on i counted the flashes and it blinks 5 times then 2 times so im thinking code 52? anyone else have a problem like this i pulled the airbag fuse and unhooked the battery thanks in advance

Is the airbag sensor on the body/bumper hooked up?

I agree with Stoned06... sounds like something isn't hooked up right... I've done a few body lifts and never had a problem double check all your connections first before looking further into it

Code 52 means the module is smoked. Low voltage at the capacitor. Im having the same problem.

i had same prob. same blink.....i brought it to friend....he shut off....never came back on.....happened 2 times to me....once cause i had water leak...turned it off....2nd time was water again cause i didnt get leak 1st time....same blink code....was turned off and its been 7 mths...

i think u have to erase code....not ALL abd computers do it so.......

i got one but doesnt erase airbag light.....u need to PAY someone....no matter what it has to be reset to turn off light.
