Any problems with the DRLs?

I changed my DRL to just Parks awhile back via ForScan. No problems so far with any lights. I also disabled hyper flash to.

So it switches to dimmer light when DRL is activated (@9V?).

Yes (it runs the amber color & switches to white when the low beams come on & then only turns amber during signaling/4way flashing). I haven't used a multi-meter on it or anything.

Yup, these bulbs are dimmer when DRL and brighter at night/switching from auto during the day to lights "on".

Thank you fellas. I was going to dabble with the SL1s or even the GTR Ultra 2s. Think I will play it safe with these instead. Seems like the beam patterns and DRL functions work well our SUVs. Also, considerably less pain for my wallet.

I tried the DD SL1s and could not get them properly aligned. The pattern was horrible. Tried for hours. Bought Sealight X2s and they were perfectly aligned right out of the box and way easier to get properly seated in the housing. They are as bright as the HIDs on my F150. The Allas get good reviews too (red ones seem brightest.)
