i had a leak on the rear 3rd row passenger side window. i took it to a shop that pulled the window and resealed it. the issue is before i took it up there i had no instrument cluster at all (only the air bag light is on) no power windows and no power fold on the third row seats. ive checked all the fuses an no issues there. any clue what circut could cause this? power locks still work wipers and basically everything else is still good.

What trim do you have? The shop may have unplugged a curtain air bag sensor when they redid the window.

eddie bower. strangely enough it wasnt related at all. the power seats stopped from a burned trace in the fuse box. i tore that fully down and repaired it. the instrument cluster actually died fully which took out the power windows also. replaced it with a junkyard one and the cluster and windows now work fine. it was just strange it all happened in the same day.

now what kind of programmer can be used to write the correct mileage to the cluster lol i was ay 219000ish and tthis cluster is at 298000

None . You can not move the mileage backwards, only forward. To get the correct mileage you would have to buy a new or rebuilt instrument cluster and program in the correct mileage ( ForScan can do this...)
You can send your original instrument cluster out and have it repaired though, and it will retain it's mileage.

ehh i dont think this truck will last much longer before it ends up in the scrap yard so i probably wont bother with it. or i may go to another local yard that writes the mileage on the windshield and find a closer one. at $17 per cluster its no real loss. i already have other issues when the pcm could no longer read pats keys so i had to replace it with a junkyard unit causing minor issues. it just needs to hold together until my wife finishes college lol then the tired thing can finally go down

after some thought into it. i really have no idea the milage on this truck at all. the dash that died on me wasnt the one for this trim level as it didnt have the information center but i have the controls for it and looking at it further has junk yard markings on it. the pcm died so i cant pull it from there so really have no idea lol. the used car lot i bought it from 5 years ago wasnt a very ho9nest place either so i guess it doesnt really matter about the mileage since i have no way to know whats actually on it

Does the vehicle title already say "Mileage Unknown" on it ? Lot of auction vehicles are like that and used car dealers flip 'em to unsuspecting customers.
