Are '08 Seats Heated/Cooled Back and Bottom?

We recently bought a used '08 in near-perfect condition, but we were wondering if the seat bottoms should be heated and cooled also. The backs work, the bottoms don't . I have a friend with a Taurus SHO and hers are heated and cooled on both backs and bottoms, which led me to think the Expy should work the same. Thanks!

they should be, there are separate air motors for the bottom and the backs of the seats. sounds like the bottom blowers are shot or the filters on them are clogged.
