Are there any codes left? CEL

[FOP23]

Recently took my 03 EB Expo to Ford Service after a flashing CEL. The following codes were identified:

P0174
P0300
P0308
P0316

Ford service couldn't identify the cause of the "lean" codes further indicating they wanted to removed the heads and have them sent out for inspection to the tune of $3500. I only have $6800 tied up in the whole truck. With 124,000 on the odometer, should I part it out or trade it whole?

when was the last time the plugs and cop's were changed also the throttle body exhaust ports cleaned

Plugs were changed at inspection in September, not sure what COP's are? Located near Pittsburgh. They wanted to send out heads to see why the low compression misfires

COP coil over plug the 5.4 engine have them the 4.6 has two ign, coil packs
East of Harrisburg here shame your not closer I could put my code reader on and get a nice print out of possible repairs

Checked online at Rockledge and it appears to me that the misfires and the low compression are linked. My fix is going to be a 1" square piece of black Gorilla tape strategically placed on my dashboard.

Air Measurement System
MAF sensor (contaminated, damaged, malfunctioning, etc.)
Fuel System
Fuel pressure regulator (leaking, malfunctioning, etc.).
Fuel filter plugged, dirty.
Fuel pump (weak, check valve leaking, etc.).
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors.
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel.
EVAP canister purge valve leaking (when canister is "clean").
Fuel supply line restricted.
Fuel rail pressure sensor (incorrect reading).
Air Induction System
Air leaks after the MAF.
Vacuum Leaks.
PCV system (leak, valve stuck open, etc.)
Improperly seated engine oil dipstick.
Exhaust System
Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2Ss (exhaust manifold gasket, mating gaskets, etc.)..
EGR System
EGR valve tube/gasket leak
EVR solenoid vacuum leak
Secondary Air Injection
Damaged/malfunctioning secondary air injection system (mechanically stuck valve).

The random misfire DTC indicates multiple cylinders are misfiring or the PCM cannot identify which cylinder is misfiring.

Camshaft position sensor (CMP)
Low fuel: less than 1/8 tank
Stuck open EGR valve
Blocked EGR passages

The misfire detection monitor is designed to monitor engine misfire and identify the specific cylinder in which the misfire has occurred. Misfire is defined as lack of combustion in a cylinder due to absence of spark, poor fuel metering, poor compression, or any other cause.

EVAP canister purge valve
Fuel pressure
Evaporative emission system
Base engine

P0316 code will be set in addition to any type B misfire DTC which occurs in the first 1000 revolution test interval, following engine start

Ignition system
Fuel Injectors
Running out of fuel
Fuel Quality
Base Engine
Damaged PCM

you will note that the only mention of weak compression was for code P0308
