There are two relays needed to be installed one for the trailer charge and one for the reverse lamp signal, both sending voltage to the trailer harness. the video shows where to install the relay, I think it was in relay 5 position, not sure as I have a 1st gen. Just check your wiring if that doesn't work!

If you have your owners manual the fuse/relay layout is in the manual If you don't have a manual go to owner.ford.com and you can download a copy The layout may also be on the cover of the fuse box you want fuse #106 30 amp fuse and relay #5

It also helps if you create a signature line to include your information as to year model engine etc.

The relay would be similar to the other relays in the fuse block I'll check and get back to you shortly. Also if your expy had the towing package check in the compartment for the jack or glove box to see if the towing pac is in there as it would have the relay
