Ok so any info will help. For the last 2 weeks my expedition has been having issues with the brakes rubbing it got so bad that 2 days ago i had to replace the rotors because they were warped. The only way that I could make them not rub is to bleed the brakes to let more air into the system.But after a couple days it will come back.

I just replaced my pads front and back. Are you sure you got the right pads?
They touched but with no pressure on the rotor's. Mine is a 2003 but should be the same brakes.

You may want to pull the caliper and make sure that the area where the pads sit into the caliper is lubed really good ( the c - notch on the end of the pads ). If the caliper is binding then it will not return to it's "resting" position, causing the issue you are having.
When ever I do brakes I make sure to take a wire brush to this area and get it really clean, then cover it with a good coating of the " cooper anti seize " just make sure not to use to much because it can " sling " onto the rotor or also if there is to much it will collect a lot of road grime. You just need a good thin even coat of it and that will allow everything to " glide " and return to its resting place.
