I own an 04 Expedition XLT and am looking to put a brush guard on it. Does anyone have any options for me to explore? I have checked all the major manufacturers (DeeZee, Westin, ETC) and have come up empty handed. I want a black powder coated brush guard. Will one for an F150 of the same generation work or am I going to have to search further?

Hate to steal someone else's thread, but is there any difference from 04 -06 frames? Expedition or f150? I bought a westin sports man grill with winch to put on my Expy, but didn't realize how different the bumpers were from the f150(what the grill was actually for) and my Expy. I wouldn't had to toss my fat plastic bumper to even attempt to make it work. But the frame should be the same on all of these right? at least through 06?

not trying to steal the thread, im interested in a bull bar, not a full brush guard. but Im looking for a cheap option, as it mostly for looks and will occasionally be used to help someone stuck in the snow. Would an ebay job be good enough

Bowhunter, I order my lift from Truxxx, you can also get them from ebay. I have 305/70/17 which are like 33s I'm about to get 315/70/17 which is like a 35s.

6k I'm not to far from there. I'm by 23 and 96.
