Cant Fuel Up

Been having trouble fuelling up lately. Filler tube seems not to be venting during fill ups. Need to trickle the gas in or it clicks off. Replaced the control solenoid in the engine bay (cheap and easy), removed and checked charcoal canister (less easy) for fuel saturation - wasn't any, but replace anyway since it was off. Still have the issue. Wondering if anyone has a ford manual with trouble shooting procedures, or link to a good trouble shooting video? Very annoying situation to say the least.

I just had a similar issue. Took it in and my mechanic replaced the vent valve on the filler neck and had him replace fuel filler neck at the same time. No more issues

Sweet! Ill have that checked out. It happens so fast that hen I start filling that I have a hard time picturing it being the result of anything as far away as the canister, so this seems like a great bit of advice
