I decided to change my thermostat cause it was stuck open, so I changed it and now I have a flashing CEL and sounds like it is missing. I think I may have got the COPs wet, is there any way to rectify this? thanks!

would it be worth it if I took out the COPs on the thermostat side and dried them and blow out the spark plug well with compressed air?
