changing bumpers???

i have a 1999 4.6 expedition XLT which is not 4X4 and i really love the way the eddie bauer bumper looks wiith the fog lights and tow hooks will they all mount up with out any problems???

I use to have a 99 xlt that was factory equipped with tow hooks and fog lights so yes they will mount up. Only problem you may have is the wiring for the fog lights see if the wiring is there and if your headlight switch has the fog light position You would also need to remove the headlight switch to see if the wiring harness is present.

im positive that my headlight swithc does not have the fog light position. could i find a switch with fog light setting on it?

you may find one in a junk yard but be careful as there are different switches for the 1st gen expys you will need to find one from a 99 you could also try e-bay
