I have a 2012 XLT. Yesterday the Check Engine light came on. Codes were O2 sensors. Bank 1 Sensors 1 & 2. Went and bought new ones, replaced them…easy. Well, not so easy. Seems other have had similar issues. The forum said look for Plug C146-It's the green wire that is corroded. No such plug could be found on the passenger side. Maybe it's on the driver's side. I didn't have to look far. There is a wiring harness that runs along the frame on the drives side. And it was shredded. One wire was exposing frayed wires, 2 more wires were damaged. Heat shrink crimp butt connectors did the trick. I'm out $140 on O2 sensors. I remember driving over a curve and coming down pretty hard. I had no idea that wiring harness was so exposed.
