Clicking when Rear Air On Cold....

Just as I was telling my wife the other day how we don't have any problems with the expy, one occurs. When the rear air is on, there is a rhythmic clicking sound in the rear quarter panel. It only happens when the temperature is on cold though. Any thoughts?
