cliking sound coming from front end

i have a 99 expedition and it has a cliking sound coming from front end when slowing down 15mph and have brakes on. let off brakes and sound quiets. truck has new brakes calipeirs lines and wheel bearings. pull wheel off and seen nothing cv's are tiight . not sure any ideas

Does it only happen if you are applying the brakes?

yes it is only while brakes or aplided

Have you checked and made sure none of the tabs from the brake pads or shims are rubbing?
