I just wanted to let everyone know about the best customer service i received dealing with discount tire direct... they answered all my questions and did research if needed to get the right answer. always a upbeat person to talk to. my tires and wheels ended up being about 8 hours late from the scheduel they called me to let me know i was impressed. the other benefit i like is all warranty issues, flats and rebalanceing is included at any discount store while still paying a competitive internet price
