Does 3rd Gen Expedition have a passenger safety belt warning?

Does the 3rd generation (specifically 2014 Limited) have a safety belt warning on the dash for the front passenger when not buckled in? I thought it did, but we discovered yesterday that ours either doesn't or that it's not functioning.
If there is one there, that's not operating properly, could it potentially keep the airbags from deploying in an accident if the Expy isn't sensing someone in that passenger seat?

The Seatbelt light that is on the instrument cluster, is only for the drivers seatbelt. As far as I know, there is no passenger seat sensor for detecting a seatbelt/ arming the airbag.

I have an 07 and I turn my passenger seat belt warning on with forscan but my family always puts there seat belts on or I don't move. So I'm not sure if it works.
