door locks, lights, and third row seats not working

Hello. I'm having electrical problems with my 2003 expedition eddie bauer and was hopeing someone could help me find the problem. It started with the third row seats not working with the truck off. Then the power door locks had the same problem. A couple of seconds after turning the expedition on everything would work. After tha the auto lights would turn off and on. Now the door locks and third row seats ddont work with or without the ignition on. I'm thinking maybe a relay. Has anyone had a similar problem. And where can I find the relays that control those things. Thank you

If you look in the owner's manual, towards the back, there's a section that lists what falls under which fuse and relay.

OK thank u. Would u have a guess what it could be if its not a relay or fuse
