Driveline noise?

I have an '03 XLT with the 5.4 engine. When I hit about 40 mph (and on up), there's a humming noise that starts up and it gets loud enough to be a bit obnoxious. My husband thinks it might be the driveline? Appreciate any opinions and if it's fixable.

U-joints? Kind of sounds like a subwoofer at about 50/60 mph or so. Prob rear joint on rear drive shaft
