I went to push in one of the preset buttons, and the entire unit came un fastened pushed into the plastic housing of the chair. It is visible, but my fingers can't get a grip to pull it back. I there a quick way to pop off the side plastic of the front chair? or will the entire chair have to come off/out? Any thoughts?
