2015 Platinum, keyless start – Just replaced the regulator on the Drivers door. Had the battery disconnected for about 2 hours. Used the old motor. Window goes up and down manually AND using One Touch. But when going UP using One Touch, it stops about 2 inches from the top. I can get it the rest of the way up doing it manually.
I’ve tried:
With car running AND in just Accy mode;
Holding 3 seconds after going down and then again after going up.
Holding 3 seconds letting go, holding 3 seconds AGAIN after going down and then again after going up.
Nothing has worked.

UPDATE: For keyless start Lincoln Nav 2016 you really do have to cycle OFF-ON-RUN 5x pushing the button as fast as you can, then quickly sending the window down with press and release of the AUTO-DWN (second detent).
No wonder there’s no YOUTUBE videos - it’s miraculous if you’re able to do it, and no one wants to screw it up and try all over again to capture the moment. Geesh!

I regret not noticing the several earlier posts about a Push Button Start modification to the Initialization Procedure.

While the Workshop Manual does not provide any Push Button Start guidance, it's worth noting that without pushing down on the brake pedal, three pushes of the Start button is equal to one on-off key cycle -- that is, with the Push Button effect being Accessory/Run/Off.

You may also notice that when the Run-state is achieved, the word Engine on the Push Button lights up.

So I would propose to try either counting the number of times the word Engine lights up within the necessary timespan, or, count the total number of Start button pushes, being mindful to multiply x 3 the number of key cycles to be performed within the necessary timespan.

Please consider reporting back if you achieve success using this S.W.A.G. procedural adaptation.

Good luck!
