I changed the blower motor and have a suite of minor issues now. Dome lights won't turn off, actuator buttons on the back hatch will not work, rear seats will not fold up or down, dash indicates that doors are open, the park shift interlock was frozen. Have checked fuses but need some advice on how to dig into this further.

It is a 2010 4wd, Eddie Bauer addition

Thanks.

I believe all these functions are controlled by the Smart Junction Box (SJB). It may be malfunctioning or damaged. Also keep in mind the blower motor produces a very large voltage spike when turning the motor OFF. Ford should have circuit protections built in to protect against this, but if something went wrong a voltage spike might have caused damage to sensitive components.

Is the blower motor working properly now? Those other components might share a ground with the blower motor -
