Does it jerk or is it like a shudder in the steering wheel? If it's a shudder in the steering wheel then my vote's for the U-Joint. If it is a jerk like it is missing then I would say COP or plug.

What year is your Expy?
I am considering replacing my plugs - have to weigh cost vs. time... how long did it take?

its an 06, bought the lilsle 65600 tool for $67 dollars new from ebay and spark plugs motorcraft sp-515 for $85 dollars. i think it was $158 total includes the anti seized stuff. i took a whole day bro that included taking 2 hr breaks and stuff, u need the lisle tool incase u break one. it was not hard it was time consuming,u have to be patient. oh pb blaster too.
