Extend driver seat

Does anyone know if there is anyone that has any seat extension parts for moving the driver seat?

Moving which way?
I'm 6'0" I could easily move the seat to the point of it being undrivable (too far back).
We turned off the easy exit as my wife couldn't reach the brake pedal to start the truck.

If anything, I wish the steering wheel went lower. I have the seat all the way down & the wheel could stand another inch or 2 of downward travel.

My wife needs it moved back a few inches due to her weight / health issue.

You can try one of those companies that do the wheelchair mods and see if they can assist.
