I have not had my SUV very long and I am not now physically where it is stored but I am curious about fog lights. There is a space and what seems like a plugged hole for a fog light rocker switch below the instrument cluster on the driver side. What is that? I did not think to check to see if the car has factory installed fog lights; maybe it does and they are always on with the head lights. Would someone please clear this up for me? The brochure shows and lists fog lights as a standard item. Mine is the Limited model.

I think my model has the light switch on the column lever, don't recall any position setting for fog lights. And the 4 WDR switch is on the right of the column; includes the automatic position.

Turn the switch to auto or on then pull it out. That turns the fogs on. You can tell they're on when the green light next to the switch turns on. I think it also works with just the parking lights on.

Thanks, that answers the fog light part of my question, now what is the rectangular hole that is plugged on the lower left panel supposed to be for, could it have been used for something on earlier models? Or maybe it is for installing a rocker switch for roof spot lights for off roading? Just curious.
