Factory radio replacement.

I fried my 2020 Expedition factory non BO stereo. I have display but no sound. I did a reset and checked fuses. How do I replace with the same unit. If I purchase a used one, how is it programmed or does it need to be. Please help. I am not able to find any information on this topic.

There are shops you can send it to and get it repaired. That is probably the least expensive option.
