Motorcraft for both motor oil and trans filters. For motor oil I use whatever conventional oil is on sale/rebate at the time of purchase. Off the top of my head, that has included Pennzoil, Chevron, Valvoline, Havoline, Castrol, Quaker State and Mobil Super. I'm waiting on a report from Blackstone for the motor oil, so we'll see how the oil and engine are faring.

.
I have always run 5W20 conventional in my 3 Expy's with 5.4L.
Valvoline since my oil change days are over (old, tired, beat, lazy)

Recently switched to semi synthetic in my 2014EL for first time.
since I was on a long trip and ran it up to 8K miles before change.
I felt guilty and wanted to show my love for the engine.
I'll stay with semi synthetic 4ever now.

I run 5w30 Wal-Mart synthetic with the motorcraft filter.

Transmission gets Red Line (D4???) synthetic with either a Wix or motorcraft filter.
