Maybe just do it the old fashioned way or from the fob until the kinks are worked out? I love the word craptastic, by the way... [emoji23]
My Expy has been asking me to add the Ford Pass app to the vehicle for 3 days now. App on my phone shows it’s still connected and shows it current mileage and location. Maybe there’s a bug or update.

Force Reboot the APIM. Press and hold the Radio Power button and the Next Track button until the radio goes black.
That should definitely take care of the issue you are have @Fozzy
@armoredsaint it might help with you also. Do you see any info in the app? Miles? Fuel level, PSI?
