wasn't posting to brag, pictures were for reference/comparable sizing.

My contribution is that based on experience of a brand that 1) inexpensive and 2) both durable and long lasting (the ride in a coach is not as nice as one in an EXPY)

That was a compliment, we have all seen it and dreamed of having it. The Super C’s or what ever they call them are the only way to go IMO. Last year we almost picked up a Dynamax DX3 with the 8.9 Cummins. I blew my quad muscles out and was down for 3+ months. Now the CV-19. We will probably wait a year. Summer will be shot by the time this is over.

sorry for being overly sensitive im new around here - generally a sarcastic sob most of the time.
almost bought a dynamax (im not a fan of the M2 chassis or the Allison trannys).

dynamax is a nice unit - the M2 visibly from the drivers seat is nice (less hood).
we tend to use ours like a station wagon running it back and forth on long trips - I like to drive...so 1400+ mile road trips is the norm....we drive til im tire or the wife ******* enough that I should be tired....

If money is no object - National Luna is THE best, outback worthy & tested....off grid / crazy efficient and even has dual compartment/compressor options.... hold onto your wallet (more expensive than Engle even) --->

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=national+luna

The EdgeStar is quiet enough to put in the back of the expy. a friend of mine mounted his EdgeStar in the back of his E350/Quigley 4x4 van...he never shuts it off, when the van is parked at the house, its plugged in/charging batteries & running the fridge

they make a smaller unit 43 qt unit.....and the EdgeStar is also sold under the Whynter brand name.
Whynter brand also has some duel compartment units - make one side fridge, the other freezer or make 'em both the same thing.

whatever you go w/, go w/ a COMPRESSOR based unit (not the thermo-electric crap....I tried 'em....they suck, I don't like 50*f beer when its 90*f out).

the ARB are pricing and service is an issue, only one location service center.

I think given battery technology - it should be easy to add a 2nd isolated battery - and for those running off road/grid camping - you could easily (and temporarily) mount a small solar panel on your racks. If you can keep the batteries charged during the day (when youre away playing) you wont have to worry about charging the battery at night / by running the engine when you return to camp.

National Luna isn’t a very good option anymore. Ten years ago sure but currently dometic and arb make the best on the market. Way more features. They all run the same compressors. It’s down to accessories and colors now between those two. National Luna was great though back in the day

My testing shows 60 minutes front and back. I’d guess they’re on the same circuit. Not sure who posted that originally but they were dead on

I'd rather drive as well. Hate the airport now unless it's private.

Guys running fridges, have you figured out how you can use one of the pull out slides without damaging the 3rd row seats? Would be nice to be able to remove the slide if/when needing to use the 3rd row.

I think I am going to try and make one that fits with the third row up and putting the fridge in side to side instead of front to back. (I have a MAX) I need to see if I can get the plastic bins below the floor out and build a bracket that bolts to the body. Then mount the slide to it and access the bottom storage when the slide is pulled out. Maybe make it tall enough to clear the seats when down if I need it longer.

I looked into this last year. Their website is crap but they do make one for the suburban and explorer. They will customize it. But I think it was almost $3K when I asked about doing a custom one.
