Front & rear windshield washer NOT?

Just recently. Connie said the washer wasn't producing fluid to the windshield. I added fluid to the reservoir that was already at least 1/2 full so I doubted fluid level was the problem. And that's where progress stopped.

Mine did that once when it was full but I tried it the next day and it worked again. Not sure if it was clogged or what happened.

Don't think frozen. The car's in a garage and reservoir is totally liquid. I'll check the fuse.

It's fuse # 45, 20A (Front/rear washer pump), fuse box in the engine compartment. If the fuse is blown, any reason not to buy at Autozone or Carquest?
