Just got my 2009 Eddie Bauer yesterday. The air vents on the front passenger side only blow cold air. Turned the heat to max and still just regular old cold air. Anybody have any ideas on what the problem could be. I would take it back to the dealer where I bought it but he is about a 4 hours drive away so I thought I would check here first......l

It is dual zone, I made sure that the a/c was off. It's like something that is supposed to move or flip to let in heat or cool, is stuck on cool. By cool, I'm not meaning a/c cool, just cool because the outside temp. was low 50's.

Update

Took it back to the dealer and it is the 'blend door'. Apparently it is a fairly common problem. The door is about $40. It could take anywhere from 1-5 hours to fix. Part or all of the dash has to come off..............sure glad the truck came with a 30 day warranty, that would be pretty pricey...........
