Fuel consumption

Good day, I just want to ask what is the fuel consumption of a 2000 expy which has a 4.6 L engine and is a 4x2 wheel drive? Is there an easy method to calculate actual fuel used per kilometer? Also if I were to go for a long drive is the 2000 expy dependable? Are there any engine or electrical or suspension problems that may cause a breakdown when you are on a long trip? Thank you very much. Just wanted to be reassured that I have made a right decision in choosing my expy.

The only problems are spark plug blow outs and rear trailing arm rust out. Along with normal problems that occur with older vehicles .

12-15mpg depending on the weight of your foot. And very reliable!
