Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit (high)

Hello Members,

I need help on how to fix my 2002 expedition that is showing error code for Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit (high). I have replaced the fuel pump. After replacing the car started and took it for short test drive. Came back turned off engine and now wont start again it just cranks but no fire and the pump is not getting any power. What could it be?
