I'm new to the forum, thanks in advance, I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer since June 2002. First year no problem, now I am going crazy, cannot keep a fuse in #27 position. keep losing my back up alert, overdrive switch and compass. Been to the dealer 4 times and going again on Monday. I notice in the forum that there seems to be numerous electrical issues with the 2003. Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
Today is Halloween, and now the car has been with the Dealer for 2 days, is in pieces and maybe the problem will be found.
Is there a used car market for 2003 Expeditions?
Hopefully found the problem, The wiring harness feeds through the right rear and a wire was shorted out by a mounting screw for the rear heater box.
My dealer is publishing this on the Ford Dealers website.
