So I'm wanting to do gotts mod on my 2004 5.4. I've read several other previous posts but never seen one that directly dealt with an 04 with the weird squere box coming off of intake line after snorkel before filter. Can this just be removed? Also can white schedule 40 PVC be substited for ABS as I have some laying around. There is only 7 thousandths difference in od from online source. White PVC 3.5 od abs 3.507. Thanks in advance I'm new here and love expeditions and the site.
