ok I own both a 98 expy and a few jeeps (cj,zj,xj,tj) and after only 215,*** miles on the expy the engine is about dead... my cj... its a 85 and has well over 300,000 miles on it and its still going strong.... all the jeeps have tons of aftermarket parts for just about anything you could ever want... but my expy just doesn't have that many...

However I did use the expy to tow my jeeps around and even pull them out of a place where it broke down...

I agree. They last so long and the upgrade items are too numerous to count. A 70 year old line of vehicles. The jeep is steeped in history. I would have to agree though I would still love to have the Expy to tow it to the four wheeling locations once it gets a little more wild in it's build but had to have something to trade and the Expy was paid off!
