So I was driving from LA to San Fran and about half way through my trip, I hit heavy traffic, stop/go and my transmission started cluncking. It's never done this before and it was obvious. It was mostly in the middle gears where I could notice, 3rd-5 or 6. I have 30k miles and this is my only vehicle so I need it to be reliable and work! I dread going to the dealer and getting the runaround so my question is, what do you think are the range of possibilities and potential solutions? Also, I want to get this fixed asap, cause as i mentioned, I depend on this vehicle, but how long can/could I wait? I'm hoping a few weeks won't matter.

What are you driving? For some reason I thought you were driving a GM and thinking about getting an expy? Maybe your spouse drives the GM?

Here I thought GTNator drove a 86 Mustang.
Please don't find him on some Camaro forum talking about IROCs.

Interesting. Seems GTNators in general don’t like certain floor mats.

I’ve been watching his future 2021 Tahoe/Yukon thread for some time. I figured it was the same guy and thought nothing of it until he starting trashing Ford over there while he claims they are the best here....just kinda weird

You get this resolved? Is the GM your wife’s and the ford is yours?
