headlights wont turn on

anyone know why my headlights wont turn on, they are new and were working fine, but know they don't turn on. is there a primary fuse just for them and where could i find them. i looked underneath the steering but the fuses are ok. could the fuse be underneath the hood (please HELP) where would they be located and how do they look 98 expedition . thanks to all

you could also have a bad headlight switch inside of the truck when you turn it does the running light come on or not and if not you probley have a bad fuse and if you fix it and still nothing i would go to the switch
