Heated seats

are heated front seats standard on the expedition eddie bauer? I am planning to buy one(1999) and if its not standard will it be easy to fit a heating element or pad in a leather seat?

No, it is not standard. I recently drove a 1999 EB that did not. As for installing one I would interested for info on that too. Anybody installed one? How easy and how expensive?

I have seen places for installing when the seat is non leather.But the EB has leather and this is what I am interested as well.
