here is the email they sent me

FROM ME) Hey I was looking around on your website and noticed you guys make a custom front bumper forr a 07-11 Ford Expedition, I was wondering if theirs any way I'd be able to see what the bumper looks like on or off the truck thanks.

FROM THEM) Hello, yes we just finished the jig for your truck , we had to make it for the sheriffs dept. and border patrol ,,,,,, you can ad any of the bars from the Grille Guard pages of our web site , just tell me a name of the bar and i can give you a cost of it as well , but for now i will tell you about the front base bumper , it will be all made of 3/16th plate steel and will come ready to install with our black shield paint , all the winch hook ups , the D rings are welded inside and out , also it will have 2 , five inch light hole buckets with a tab so you can install extra lights ,,,,,,,, the normal cost is 1600 plus 180 shipping but until this Friday our Anniversary sale makes the cost a smoking 1300 with Free shipping , No Tax in the Continental USA and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to be made and shipped because we make 30 to 40 bumpers a week ,,,,,,,,,, thanks and let me know if we can help outfit your truck

FROM ME) Thanks for respnding to me quickly I apreciate it lots, i will be in contack with you guys again when i have the money to purchase the bumper, but first I have a small question? do you guys work with 4wheel parts at all? as in do they sell your bumpers?

also do you by chance make a rear bumper or a bumper guard? if not do you know of any place that might? i'm in search and rescue and i dont want to destroy the plastic bumpers while off road. any help would be greatly apreciated

FROM THEM) you can order from some 4wheel parts but understand you would pay 40 % more because your adding a middle man to pay also and sorry we do not have the rear ready yet for your truck , i believe t the end of the year it should be ready ,,,,,,,,, thanks

not a fan of the way that bumper looks. maybe if it had some of the other options it would look better.

tallsville if you read my email it says they can put any bar on the bumper, I personally hate the par on this bumper but they have otheres on the Ironbull Bumpers that would look sweet on these expeditions, they dot show pictures of the expedition so I asked for a picture when I emailed them and this what they sent me. i'm tempeted to get me one so I can take my Expy to Moab and do some light 4weeling and not rip my plastic bumper off. and they are in the process of making the rear bumper as well.

The only thing I would caution you about is having all that extra weight on the front of the truck. I can really feel it up there, and I found that I need to run my adjustable Rancho shocks one number stiffer than I used to.

You'll also need to get used to the extra attention. I always got the 'thumbs up' when I'd drive around, but now I get stopped by people all the time since I added the bumper

ya i'm use to th attention, my dad has a 1995 KIA sportage he has fixed up with a lift and custom wheels and tires and everybody stops him and asks about it or makes fun of it, but I kinda want my Expy to stand out and make mine a one of a kind, I plan on custom painting a 2 tone color but still kicking for Ideas but ya i'm not worried about the weight so much, my Expy sits more than its driven since I have a car for gas milege. but these thing all come to mind when thinking about it.

i read the email. i was just saying not a fan of the bumper in the pic. now tonydivs looks good on his truck. If you want a one of a kind. try finding a fabrication shop and see what you and them can come up with. If you are going to put a cage in your 1st gen eb when you get it, see if that shop could build a custom front and rear bumper.
