Hello All.

I'm a new member from northern Illiois near the Wisconsin border. Been lurking on the site for a few weeks while waiting for my expedition and just got her two weeks ago. It's an all black 2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition which when I purchased it 2 weeks ago it was almost bone stock except it has a 2.5 lift on the front end and a plow setup.

So far I've added 285/70/17 M/T's, AVS window visors, AVS bug guard, AVS rear tail light blackout covers and tinted all of the windows. The only thing I'm still planning on doing in the next couple weeks is pulling out the 2.5 inch lift and install a full 3/2 lift.

Hopefully I can contribute to the community! :favorites37:

Welcome, I was just up by Rockford a couple weeks ago to ride the stagecoach trail other good roads on my motorcycle. That is a really nice area, with a lot more hills then I thought there would be.

I want to go back and eat at Poopy's in Savanah again. That place was literally the shit! :dancingpoop:

They are indeed Treadwright Retreads. Didn't feel like spending 1000 on tires and I've run a set of their Warden A/T's on my K5 I had and they were great.

ROSS, I'm up in Lake Villa which is about 10 miles west of Six Flags.

Thanks for all the welcomes!

I don't blame you I found treardwright after I bought mine. I was sooo bummed. I am going to get some re-treads for my f150 here real soon. Good to see another good review!

I've only seen a few negative reviews and they're usually because they're not running the correct tire pressure. I saw one site where the guy blew out 2 or 3 tires, complained that the tires sucked and then explained that he was always running the tires at the max PSI on the sidewall.

Welcome!!!! Cant wait to see the updates, we've got the same model Expy :head3:

Only thing left is the 3/2 lift and I'm debating on if I want to remove the running boards or not. They make it a little easier for my little wife to get in and out! But it is my car so hmmmmmm......

Cool ride man, welcome to the forum. Your truck looks great!

Thanks! Unfortunately it's black and only looks good right after it's washed! What rims are you running on your expy? They look very similar to the Vision 375 Warrior rims I was looking at from discount tire, and they look good on your expy.

Nevermind I should probably read your signature next time!

Lol!

I was actually going to get the Vision 375 Warriors, but I ended up getting these instead. They are also from Discount Tire. For my next wheels I plan on just going with a simple set of bullet hole wheels and some bigger tires.
