HELP!!!! Random wire behind A pillar

My sunroof on my 2014 Limited took a crap. I have been removing the interior to drop the headliner. There is this misters wire. It was stripped already…. I am seriously unsure where it goes. I can NOT find the other side. Any help is appreciated!

It looks like something someone added for some other accessory or something.

We are the original owners. But it does look aftermarket. I really am at a loss. I’m tracing where it goes the other way.

I would follow it to see where it originates before shorting it out. It could be for some factory option that the wiring harness accommodates. But I would expect it to be terminated with a plug normally.

I'd think a little tugging and wiggling would make it evident down in the under dash area. Could have been for a multitude of aftermarket accessories. may not be connected at all. Could report to under hood or direct to battery ground. Let us know to satisfy curiosity.
