Hill descent, park brake limited function, pre-collision, cruise control error

Hello All,

I have been receiving these errors when turning on my 2019 Expedition, driving on the highway. Hill descent, park brake limited function, pre-collision, cruise control error. The local dealer couldn't duplicate the issue because these errors would clear off when I dropped it at the dealer.

Anyone has similar error on your Expedition? Any remedy to fix? TIA

The faults may not have been present at the dealer service visit but the vehicle should have had stored trouble fault codes.

Other idea - are the battery terminal connectors & posts clean and tight?

Yes, new AGM battery from Advance Auto Parts and I just double check the posts. Everything is tight and clean.

How do you pair it? The store clerk installed it for me.

Read your vehicle owner’s manual - some Ford models have to be parked with the doors locked for 8 hours or more to reset the battery monitor.

Updates: Broken harness to the parking brake where it got bend to the control arm. Dealer does not have the harness in stock and I have to wait until August. Errors have been on and off constantly due to loose connections or corrision.

how far back does the harness go for this replacement? I have this same issue now, I got under the vehicle and while I didn't pull off the tape and that corrugated plastic sleeve yet, I'm 100% sure there's a severed wire underneath the sheathing - it looks like it's been through some rough times. The cables look to go into a bigger branch and then somewhere deep into the vehicle. I was hoping I could do this myself, but I'm not sure how involved this will be.
